Cold Rolled Strip

Cold-rolled strip is scale-free hot rolled steel that has been further processed through cold rolling, annealing, slitting, and edging to achieve extremely precise dimensional tolerances and customized properties including microstructure, chemistry, surface finish, and tempers. From low carbon 1001 through 1095 and alloy steels.

High Carbon & Alloy Steel

High-carbon steel has a higher than .25% carbon level (grades C1030 – C1095) and is available in the following alloys:

• 5120
• 8620
• 4130
• 4140
• 6150

High-Strength Low-Alloy

High-strength low-alloy steel features micro alloy additives (Mo, Nb, V, etc.), which result in elevated mechanical properties yet allow the steel to maintain a high degree of formability. High-strength low-alloy steel is available in the following products:

Hot Rolled Pickled & Oiled

Conventional pickled and oiled hot rolled steel is steel that has been cleaned using hydrochloric acid to remove mill scale.

This product is available up to .625″ in thickness.

Low Carbon Steel

Low-carbon material has a lower than .25% carbon level (grades C1001 – C1030) and is available in the following products:

One Pass Cold Rolled Strip

One pass cold-rolled strip is hot-rolled steel that is gauge-corrected through rolling to produce precision tolerances. This innovative product is produced with milder cold reductions than that of cold rolled strip and is ideal for unexposed applications and applications that do not demand a high degree of formability. One pass cold-rolled strip is available in the same chemistry grades as hot-rolled-steel.

Pre-Painted Product & Specialty Coated Steel
